We are looking for a skilled professional with 8-12 years of experience to join our team as a SAP Sales & Service Cloud expert in Pune.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Implement SAP Sales & Service Cloud solutions for clients.
  • Design and develop end-to-end sales and marketing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP CX landscape with other modules.
  • Develop and maintain ABAP dictionaries for integration and data migration.
  • Provide training and support to clients on SAP Sales & Service Cloud implementation.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide solutions using SAP Sales & Service Cloud.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SAP Sales & Service Cloud implementation, sales and marketing E2E processes, and terminology.
  • Experience with SAP CX landscape, S4 HANA module SD, and Business Partners.
  • Proficiency in integration, data migration, and ABAP Dictionary.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Business) Informatics or a relevant higher education degree in applied sciences.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Notice period: 0-45 days.
