Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Executive located in Faridabad. The Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting tender documents, coordinating with different departments to gather necessary information, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and maintaining records of all tender-related activities. Additionally, the Tender Executive will be involved in conducting market research, analyzing competitor data, and developing strategies to enhance the success rate of tender submissions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in identifying tender opportunities and preparing tender documents
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze competitor data
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance requirements and strategies for tender submissions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
