HR Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Maintain a candidate database and ensure timely hiring.
2. HR Operations
- Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and employee database.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
3. Statutory Compliance & PF Work
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, etc.).
- Manage PF-related work including registration, contributions, withdrawals, transfers, and claims.
- Liaise with government authorities and auditors for compliance matters.
4. Performance & Employee Engagement
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain positive workplace culture.
- Support grievance redressal and conflict management.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare HR MIS reports (attendance, recruitment status, attrition, compliance updates).
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance checks.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
