ERP Technical Consultant will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC365) to meet business needs. The role requires a strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of the ERP system, including configuration, development, and integration with third-party applications

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business users and functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into BC365 technical solutions.
  • Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC365) applications using
    C/AL and AL programming languages
    .
  • Perform
    BC365 ERP implementations
    , upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Design and maintain custom
    reports, searches, and objects
    within BC365.
  • Manage
    extensions
    and ensure timely updates and compatibility.
  • Develop
    validations, functionalities, and workflows
    as per business requirements.
  • Work on
    API integrations
    with third-party applications and systems.
  • Create and maintain
    Excel/RDLC reports

  • Ensure compliance with
    coding and development standards
    .
  • Support system testing, user training, and go-live activities.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
