Job Title: ERP Finance Functional Consultant

Location: Mumbai / Pune

Department: ERP Implementation / Finance

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented ERP Finance Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the finance modules of our ERP system, ensuring smooth integration with business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and map them to ERP finance modules.

Configure and implement financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.

Coordinate with technical consultants to design and deliver integrated solutions.

Conduct user training, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and post-implementation support.

Prepare and maintain process documentation, configuration details, and test scripts.

Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support for finance modules.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations) to ensure system efficiency.

Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending system enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA Finance preferred).

2–5 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant (Finance).

Hands-on experience in ERP systems such as Epicor / SAP / Oracle / Dynamics / Zoho ERP.

Strong understanding of core finance processes (GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, and financial reporting).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

ERP Certification (Epicor Financials, SAP FI/CO, or equivalent).

Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation projects.

Exposure to business process reengineering and system automation.
