Experience:

KRAs:

  • Analyze business processes and provide solutions using LOGIC ERP Product Suites.
  • Gather customer requirements and conduct gap analysis
  • Perform Software/Application configuration
  • Configure ERP as per requirement gathered and co‐ordinate with Senior Product experts for complex requirement configuration.
  • Implement LOGIC ERP Product Suite to the firm's standard methodology
  • Provide user training and support to Customer

Preferred Experience In Below ERP

Any ERP package implementation experience (especially LOGIC ERP Product Suite, Ginesys / NAV / Softcon Business Solution / JS 1 / Pratham Software / Sellerware / Visual gems / Wizaap / Focus / Go Frugal / Wondersoft / Shoppers) and understanding of business processes

Excellent interpersonal skills including communication, active listening, and customer service. Ability to travel (domestic and international) to client sites.

Effective time management skills.
