  • To ensure safety in all stages of line.
  • Manage the responsibility of the entire operation of Pipe Shop , Welding line(Flange +Pipe Welding) & Press operation for sheet metal process.
  • To follow up and coordinate with PPC & purchase for raw material requirements if shortage is there.
  • To ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently by reviewing production plan Vs. actual.
  • To ensure spare parts are made and moved to FG as per monthly plan.
  • To verify all production related documents and records regularly (TPM & IATF Requirements).
  • To control the Process as per documented procedures
  • Identify the cost savings and implement the same along with team members.
  • To identify and make kaizens for continuous improvement in line.
  • To ensure customer requirements/complaints are conveyed to line supervisors and operators.
  • To analyse and reduce the customer complaints and make CAPA.
  • To ensure identification of parts at all stages.
  • Establish and maintain work environment needed to achieve product conformity.
  • Identifying training need for the personnel
  • To train the teams and Line Leaders in best practice methods.
  • Maintain Quality Management System.
  • Ensure adequate handling & storage methods in shop to ensure quality of part.
  • Analyze and reduce the rejections in customer end and in-house
  • Responsible for excellent housekeeping on shop floor.
