Job Description
We are seeking a skilled
Workday Technical Consultant
to design, develop, and implement Workday solutions that meet business requirements. The role involves working closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to configure, integrate, and maintain Workday modules, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design, configure, and maintain Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.).
- Develop Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and integration errors.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and user guides.
- Support upgrades, enhancements, and release management activities.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Workday Technical Consultant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Workday integrations, reports (calculated fields, advanced reports), and security configuration.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and web services (SOAP/REST).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Workday certification in Integrations or other relevant modules.
- Experience in large-scale Workday implementations or upgrades.
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems.
