Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote healthcare products (Massage Chairs, Massagers & Wellness Products).
  • Explain product features, benefits, offers, and pricing over the phone.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain customer database (calls, follow-ups, and feedback).
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service team for smooth order execution.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Confidence in handling customer queries and objections.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare/wellness products will be an advantage.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools preferred.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary & Incentives: Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
