𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: 12,000/month + Incentives (5% Flat on Total Sales)

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team at EasyShiksha, a leading EdTech platform providing online courses, internships, and career guidance. The ideal candidate will drive revenue by converting leads into enrollments.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Engage with students and professionals interested in courses and internships via calls.

Explain course details, fees, and benefits to potential candidates.

Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert them into enrollments.

Maintain accurate records of leads and sales in the CRM.

Provide excellent support and guide students in choosing the right course.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Graduate (Any Stream).

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Experience in telecalling, sales, or EdTech (optional).

Ability to handle objections and convert potential leads.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM tools.

𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞:

Flat 5% incentive on total sales.

Incentive applies to full payment collected.

Fixed Salary + Uncapped Incentives (Earn more as you sell more).
