Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing / Telesales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Marketing Head

Location: Kirana King Head Office, Jaipur :- 4th Floor, Geetansh, Class of Pearl, K-48/49, Tonk Rd, Income Tax Colony, Durgapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302018

Experience Required: Up to 4 years, Fresher may apply.

Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 (Net)

Gender Preference: Female

Residence Preference: Candidates staying within 4–5 km from Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing retail partners.
  • Present company services and offers confidently and clearly.
  • Generate leads and share with the field team for follow-up.
  • Maintain call logs and update status in CRM or Excel.
  • Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Handle inbound calls and resolve basic queries.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution.

Candidate Profile:

  • Female candidate with 0–4 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support.
  • Graduate (any discipline).
  • Good verbal communication in Hindi; basic English understanding.
  • Pleasant voice, confident and convincing approach.
  • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
  • Should be residing within 4–5 km of Head Office (Jaipur).
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and discipline required.
