Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic full-time Banking and Lending Subject Matter Expert (SME) with proven expertise in business consulting, retail and commercial lending, and delivery transformation.

The ideal candidate will combine deep domain knowledge with strong technology acumen to lead strategic programs, drive digital transformation, and deliver measurable business outcomes across the banking and financial services portfolio.

Key
Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale banking transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders and complex delivery landscapes.
• Partner with business and technology teams to define and implement strategic roadmaps for modernization, automation, and digital enablement.
• Manage end-to-end delivery — from functional design and analysis to implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
• Drive competency management, capability uplift, and domain alignment across functional and technical teams.
• Provide functional and architectural leadership in Retail Banking, Core Banking, and Digital Channels.
• Oversee application lifecycle management, ensuring quality, compliance, and business continuity.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on business consulting, process optimization, and transformation governance.

Required
Skills & Expertise

• Strong understanding of Retail Banking operations, Lending (Commercial & Retail), Core Banking processes, and FinTech ecosystems.
• Proven expertise in Program & Project Management, including Agile / Hybrid methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in Functional Design, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Solution Delivery Frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in competency building, delivery transformation, and strategic execution.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable technology solutions with clear outcomes.

Experience & Qualification

• 12–18 years of experience in Banking / Lending / Financial Services, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or transformation role.
• Prior experience in both Banking Operations and IT / Consulting environments preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or ITIL will be an added advantage.
