Job Summary

The SME-RCM Customer & PT Services role is pivotal in ensuring seamless customer service operations within our organization. Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer feedback to develop strategies for enhancing service delivery.

  • Coordinate with the payer domain to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Provide training and support to team members on effective customer service techniques.

  • Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
