Job Summary
The SME-RCM Customer & PT Services role is pivotal in ensuring seamless customer service operations within our organization. With a focus on payer domain expertise the candidate will utilize their skills in MS Word and MS Excel to enhance service delivery. This hybrid role requires a proactive approach to managing customer interactions and improving service efficiency during day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee customer service operations to ensure high-quality interactions and satisfaction.
- Utilize MS Word and MS Excel to create and manage reports that track service performance.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in customer service processes.
- Analyze customer feedback to develop strategies for enhancing service delivery.

- Coordinate with the payer domain to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Provide training and support to team members on effective customer service techniques.

- Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.

Qualifications
