Associate Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated, tech-savvy recent graduate to join our growing team as a Associate Business Systems Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to launch their career in tech by learning to manage and optimize industry-leading SaaS platforms across departments like Marketing, Sales, HR, and Finance.

You will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations, troubleshooting user issues, assisting with data integrity, and helping configure applications to meet business needs.

This role is fully on-site in our Hyderabad, India office.

What You'll Do

• Learn and support a variety of SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Zuora, Jira, Coupa etc)
• Help manage data integrations, automation workflows, and API-based tasks
• Perform routine configuration updates and assist with system enhancements
• Respond to user-reported issues and triage to engineering
• Document SOPs, system changes, and maintain knowledge base articles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Ops, Engineering, Security) to support application needs
• Stay up to date with application features and recommend ways to improve efficiency

What You Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 0-1 work experience 
• Strong interest in SaaS technologies, system configuration, and business operations
• Familiarity with databases (SQL basics), REST APIs, or scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude

Bonus Points

• Internship or project experience with any SaaS tool (e.g., Salesforce, Atlassian tools)
• Exposure to workflow automation tools like Zapier, Workato, or
• Experience using Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation
• Understanding of ITSM processes (e.g., using Jira Service Management)
