As a member of the End User Management team at JCB's Ballabhgarh location, you will be responsible for providing end user support to enhance the service quality for business users. Your main duties will include: - Resolving desk-side related issues - Installing desktop/laptop operating systems - Maintaining records of machine movements and configurations - Installing standard desktop applications - Providing support for desktop products such as laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners Additionally, you will be required to: - Troubleshoot and resolve user problems remotely - Manage patch updates - Handle anti-virus management - Ensure proper local area connectivity - Conduct routine checks on anti-virus log files - Troubleshoot incidents related to applications or operating systems - Coordinate with hardware support teams/vendors for any hardware failures - Manage email support for O365 - Conduct training sessions for users on new technologies - Provide VIP support for high-level users, including GMs and above To succeed in this role, you should possess: - Strong communication skills - Experience with ticketing systems and remote support - A solid understanding of the ITIL framework - The ability to coordinate effectively with various teams and vendors You will also be expected to support a range of technologies including: - Microsoft desktops/laptops - Apple devices - Network connectivity - Mobile devices - MDM solutions - Enterprise voice systems - Endpoint management tools Overall, your role at JCB will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and providing high-quality support for the organization's business users and VIP personnel.,
