**Responsibilities**:
**As part of the Site Technology Servicing team, we provide onsite IT technical support within our scope, which includes all users and onsite hardware within the locations described within the job description.**
- Diagnose, research, and troubleshoot computer system issues Hardware and software - networking, VPN, connectivity, server, and other network devices/peripherals.
- Respond promptly and professionally to alerts and end-user IT issues
- Monitor and update Service Desk incident tracking tickets for purposes of demonstrating compliance with issue response and resolution, logging daily activities, and documenting solutions
- Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, virtual machines, mobile phones, VOIP products, servers, backup systems, and miscellaneous devices
- Function as the primary point of contact and communication with the customer from the assignment of the ticket to the successful resolution of the issue, including scheduling work and keeping the customer aware of work status and solution progress

**Required Skills**:

- Experience Working with WANs, LANs, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Routers, and Switches
- Strong knowledge and experience with computer/server hardware and software troubleshooting (experience on DELL servers is a plus)
- Experience using centralized management tools for disk imaging, installing software packages, patching, and monitoring IT systems
- Certifications in A+, Network+, Security+, and Server+ are a bonus
- Ability to communicate Fluently in English and Local languages.
