Job Title: Business Development Manager - Project and Development Services

What this job involves:  

• Developing and implementing strategic business development plans for the PDS division   
• Providing expert guidance on sales and business development activities   
• Monitoring industry trends to shape business strategies   
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction   
• Driving process improvements to optimize operations and enhance client engagement   
• Collaborating with teams across the globe to foster innovation and growth   
• • Contributing to JLL's global success through strategic initiatives 
• Developing solutions and proposals responses for client submissions  
• Collaborating with operations and other internal functions to prepare submission briefs.  

What we're looking for:   

• Bachelor's / Masters degree in Business, Architecture , Civil Engineer, Masters in Real Estate , Construction Management, Interior Design
• 8 to 10 + years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within property and development services   
• Strong knowledge of the property and development services industry   
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite   
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills   
• Ability to drive growth and success through strategic thinking and execution
