Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and strategic Brand Manager who can take full ownership of brand growth, positioning, and communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping brand identity, developing marketing campaigns, and driving awareness and sales through powerful storytelling and market insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage brand strategy to strengthen market presence and create meaningful consumer connection.
  • Design and execute 360° marketing campaigns—covering ATL, BTL, and digital initiatives.
  • Oversee packaging, visual identity, and communication consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment between brand messaging and business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently and track ROI on brand activities.
  • Drive brand partnerships, PR initiatives, and influencer collaborations that enhance brand perception.
  • Train and guide local marketing teams to maintain a unified brand voice.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA/PG in Marketing, Brand Management, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of proven experience in brand-building or marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, communication design, and digital trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and creative storytelling skills.
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with mobile accessories, electronics, or FMCG sectors will be an added advantage.
