Social Media & Content Manager – Luxury Interior Design Studio

Location: Chanakyapuri, New Delhi (Full-time, On-site - 5 days a week)

Experience Required: 1-3 years

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-driven, and highly articulate Social Media & Content Manager to build and manage the digital presence of our luxury interior design studio. The ideal candidate must have an excellent command of spoken and written English, a strong aesthetic sense, and preferably a background or genuine interest in interior design, architecture, art, or lifestyle.

This role requires someone who understands the luxury space, knows how to create content that reflects the brand's design ethos, and can strategically position the studio across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy


•⁠ ⁠Conceptualise, plan, and create content for Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, and website.


•⁠ ⁠Create moodboards, design stories, before-after transformations, behind-the-scenes content, client reveal videos, and detailed project features.


•⁠ ⁠Write compelling captions, scripts, blog posts, newsletters, and press write-ups in flawless English.


•⁠ ⁠Maintain a consistent brand voice and high visual aesthetic across all platforms.

Design & Editing


•⁠ ⁠Edit reels, videos, and photos professionally using apps/software (Adobe Suite, CapCut, Lightroom, Canva, etc.).


•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the design team to convert raw images/renders into engaging content.


•⁠ ⁠Assist in creative direction for photoshoots and project documentation.

Social Media Management


•⁠ ⁠Strategize and schedule content calendars monthly and weekly.


•⁠ ⁠Manage daily posting, engagement, DMs, and responses in a professional tone.


•⁠ ⁠Maintain consistency in posting time, layout, hashtags, and trending formats relevant to luxury interiors.

Analytics & Growth


•⁠ ⁠Track performance insights using Instagram, Pinterest & website analytics tools.


•⁠ ⁠Study what content works, what doesn't, and optimise strategy accordingly.


•⁠ ⁠Grow followers organically, increase engagement, and improve reach as per Instagram algorithm trends.


•⁠ ⁠Suggest new formats like reels, series, collaborations, AMAs, styling tips, project walk-throughs, etc.

Desired Skills & Qualifications


•⁠ ⁠1-3 years of experience in social media/content management, preferably in interior design, architecture, luxury lifestyle, fashion, or décor industry.


•⁠ ⁠Excellent command of spoken and written English – grammar, tone, storytelling.


•⁠ ⁠Strong aesthetic sensibility and ability to put together moodboards, colour palettes, and visual direction.


•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in content editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).


•⁠ ⁠Understanding of Instagram/Pinterest/LinkedIn algorithms, trends, hashtag strategies, and growth hacks.


•⁠ ⁠Analytical thinking – ability to study insights, track metrics, and tweak campaigns accordingly.


•⁠ ⁠Organised, punctual, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects at once.

Work Structure


•⁠ ⁠Employment Type: Full-time


•⁠ ⁠Work Days: Monday to Friday; alternate Saturdays work from home


•⁠ ⁠Reporting Location: Studio at Chanakyapuri, New Delhi


•⁠ ⁠Salary: Negotiable based on experience and content quality
