Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Drawing study, Cost estimation / SBC, process planning for new project parts.
  • RFQ floating, Technical sign-off with suppliers, Quote synthesis
  • Release PO, PR in the system & commercial data maintenance
  • New component development for Casting /Machining within QCD targets.
  • VPPAP closure, scheduling & procurement
  • Liasoning with various departments (SSU, QA, SCPC, Mfg, PMO)

Experience

3-5years

Btech Mechanical

General Requirements

Ability to speak + read + write fluently in English and local language

  • Ability to design and develop economical manufacturing process to produce FTR components
  • Needs to be proficient in drawing evaluation and must have strong engineering expertise in relevant commodity
  • Machining process knowledge & cycle time estimation for Forging & Machining ,Hardware components
  • Process capability study , SPC ,MSA
  • Computer proficient and operating knowledge of SAP
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
  • Commercial & financial acumen
