O3Hire is hiring for one of the leading MNCs in the Commercial Vehicle industry for the position of Assistant / Junior Manager (Sourcing & Costing) at Pithampur.

Experience: 3 - 8 Years of relevant exp

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / BE

CTC: Up to 5 - 8 LPA (Decent hike on current CTC)

Role Type: Full-time / Permanent

Job Description:

Looking for professionals with hands-on experience in Full Value Sourcing with strong knowledge in Sheet Metal & Pipe Technology, process mapping, and cost estimation within the automotive / manufacturing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes in Sheet Metal & Pipe Technology.
  • Estimation of part cost, tool cost, and process mapping.
  • Perform cost sheet analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct financial calculations (capital investment, depreciation, interest, etc.).
  • Support VAVE (Value Analysis / Value Engineering) ideas and implementation.
  • Work effectively on SAP-MM for sourcing and cost tracking.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes & tooling.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Pro-active approach with problem-solving attitude.
