- Machining process knowledge & cycle time estimation for Forging & Machining ,Hardware components
- Process capability study , SPC ,MSA
- Computer proficient and operating knowledge of SAP
-Must have strong interpersonal skills and influencing skills 
- Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
- Commercial & financial acumen
