Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Project Coordinator based in Kolkata. The Solar Project Coordinator will oversee and manage ongoing solar projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are adhered to, preparing project reports, and maintaining compliance with regulations. You will work closely with the engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and address any challenges that arise during implementation.

Qualifications

  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, engineering principles, and EPC processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
  • Problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality standards and compliance
  • Prior experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred
