  4. Track proposals, responses, and outcomes daily

  5. Inbound Lead Management

  6. Respond to client messages within SLA

  7. Share document checklist

  8. Collect basic qualification details

  9. Operations & Coordination

  10. Maintain lead, payment and documents trackers

  11. Follow up for missing information or documents
