Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Head to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient plant operations, overseeing staff activities, and improving productivity. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sustainability, operations management, and team leadership.
Preferred candidate profile
- Operations Management: Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance. Provide guidance and support to ensure operational goals are met.
- Productivity & Performance Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to increase plant productivity, streamline processes, and improve overall performance.
- Training & Development: Provide training and educational materials to staff as necessary to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Equipment Maintenance: Monitor plant equipment, ensuring they are in good working order. Address and resolve equipment issues promptly, including repair or replacement.
- Budgeting & Planning: Develop operational plans, budgets, and procedures to ensure plant efficiency and profitability.
To ensure following EOHS norms / requirements at Production activities.
- To motivate / encourage team for improvement in EOHS performance
