Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth.

  • Generate leads and close deals in residential, commercial, and industrial solar markets.

  • Present and promote solar products with a strong understanding of market needs.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field, solar industry experience preferred.

  • Proven sales and marketing experience with a track record of meeting targets. - Candidates should be willing to travel for business purposes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, reporting and presentation skills.

  • Candidates should have a good grasp of existing state solar policy. - Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.

  • Candidates should have capability to assess solar site and prepare preliminary BOM for project cost estimation, preparing offer to clients and close projects.

  • Candidate should be capable to understand tender documents, its scope of work, tenders terms and conditions

  • Solar industry/FMCG Sector experience preferred.
