Job Title: Content Creation Executive (WordPress) – Fresher

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creation Executive (Fresher) to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves writing, storytelling, and working with WordPress. You will help craft engaging web content, blog articles, and social media posts that align with our brand voice and SEO goals while learning hands-on content and WordPress management strategies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Create and upload engaging content for websites, blogs, and landing pages using WordPress.
  • Write clear, SEO-friendly content optimized for readability, keywords, and audience intent.
  • Format and publish articles with proper headings, media, and internal/external links.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining existing website pages for accuracy and relevance.
  • Coordinate with the design and SEO teams to produce visually appealing, optimized content.
  • Research topics, trends, and competitors to develop new content ideas.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and SEO best practices.
  • Learn to manage WordPress plugins, categories, and basic on-page optimization tools.
  • Support in creating social media captions and short-form content for posts and campaigns.
  • Assist in proofreading, editing, and ensuring content quality before publication.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • Internship or academic experience in content writing or blogging is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress (content posting, media management, page formatting).
  • Good writing, grammar, and communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of SEO writing principles and keyword usage.
  • Familiarity with tools like Grammarly, Yoast SEO, or Google Docs is desirable.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Canva (for minor visual edits) is an advantage.
