Role Overview

We are looking for a
Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Associate
to lead our digital storytelling and brand presence across multiple platforms. In this role, you will create compelling content, manage multi-channel communication, and help shape Bytezera's voice within the fast-growing AI and tech ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders to craft narratives that highlight our technology, products, culture, and impact. This role is perfect for someone who is both creative and analytical, with strong storytelling skills and a genuine interest in AI, tech, and the startup landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other platforms to drive visibility and engagement.
• Create high-quality digital assets—graphics, visuals, infographics, and short videos—using tools like Canva and Figma.
• Write and edit content including social posts, blogs, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and product narratives.
• Plan and support marketing campaigns for launches, announcements, and events.
• Monitor social media activity, engage with audiences, and nurture an active online community.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, DALL·E, etc.) to accelerate content creation and enhance creative output.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
• Research emerging trends in AI, tech, and digital marketing to generate fresh content ideas.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all content and messaging.

Requirements & Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Strong written and visual communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven creativity and storytelling ability across digital platforms.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, X, YouTube content strategies and platform best practices.
• Proficiency with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, DALL·E, etc.) for creative workflows.
• Passion for AI, technology, and the startup ecosystem.

Preferred

• Previous experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and online marketing principles.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion, etc.).
• Understanding of B2B tech or SaaS marketing.
• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Portfolio of past work (personal, academic, freelance, or professional).
