Job Title: Content Creator (with Editing Knowledge)

Location: Chennai, India

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative Content Creator with strong editing knowledge to join our team in Chennai. Freshers (especially with a Visual Communication/VisCom background) are welcome, as well as candidates with 1–2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging visual content, have basic to intermediate editing skills, and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced media environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm and create engaging content for digital platforms (videos, short reels, stories, etc.).
  • Assist in ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing content.
  • Edit raw footage into polished content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high-quality content aligned with brand objectives.
  • Stay updated with current content trends, social media formats, and viral storytelling styles.
  • Support in managing shoots, setting up equipment, and assisting the production team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree/Diploma in Visual Communication, Media, Film, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Freshers with strong creative interest are welcome; 1–2 years of experience in content creation/editing is a plus.
  • Basic to intermediate editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
  • Creative thinking with a good sense of storytelling, visuals, and pacing.
  • Strong interest in social media trends, short-form content, and digital storytelling.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle deadlines.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience (internships/freelance) in creating reels, short videos, or branded content.
  • Knowledge of color correction, sound design, or motion graphics is a plus.
  • A portfolio/reel showcasing content creation or editing work (if available).
