We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CNC programming, setup, and operation of Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs). You will be responsible for creating and optimizing machining programs, ensuring precision in machining processes, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize CNC programs using software such as Dellcam.
  • Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) to produce high-precision components.
  • Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for different materials.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
  • Perform first-piece inspections and adjust machine settings as needed.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues, tool wear, and program errors.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards (AS9100) and maintain tight tolerances.
  • Maintain and perform routine machine maintenance for optimal performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in VMC programming.
