**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Programming**: Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for VMCs using CAD/CAM software.
- **Setup and Operation**: Set up machines and tools for production runs, ensuring proper calibration and alignment.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor machining processes to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards. Perform inspections and adjustments as necessary.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve programming and machining issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers and machinists to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication regarding project requirements.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of programming changes, setups, and quality control checks.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production cycles.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in VMC programming or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [3 years] experience in VMC programming and CNC machining.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, or equivalent); strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with tooling, fixtures, and machining processes; ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; commitment to quality and precision.
- **Communication**: Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
