Job Overview

CloudMinister Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Mid-Level Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in business development, bringing expertise in expanding business opportunities in the IT services and IT consulting industry. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of our diverse range of services and participate actively in expanding our client base worldwide.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Proven expertise in identifying and nurturing potential business leads to drive business growth.
  • B2B Sales (Mandatory skill): Advanced capability in selling IT solutions to businesses, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Excellent skills in maintaining and enhancing client-business relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Planning: Strong ability to develop and implement strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Market Research: Experience in conducting thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate well in both verbal and written communication for effective business negotiations and presentations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in addressing challenges with innovative solutions, maintaining client confidence and business reliability.
  • Networking Skills: Exceptional ability to build and maintain a professional network to support business expansion and partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, strategic partnerships, and market trends.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market reach and achieve business targets.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company objectives and deliver optimal results.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
