Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer located in Chennai. The NOC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network systems, troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and ensuring network security. The role includes working with network administration to ensure optimal performance and resolving any operational issues that arise.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) and Network Administration
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Solid understanding of Network Security principles
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g. Cisco, CompTIA, Microsoft) are a plus
