The Role:

We're looking for a
Product Designer with a specialization in Interaction Design
to join our growing team. You'll craft seamless, elegant, and habit-forming experiences that make managing health feel human, intuitive, and even delightful. You'll be working closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to bring Tap Health's vision to life - pixel by pixel.

What You'll Do:

  • Design intelligent, user-friendly, and emotionally engaging experiences for our AI-powered digital therapeutics.
  • Craft wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visuals with precision and purpose.
  • Solve complex interaction challenges across mobile-first interfaces.
  • Work alongside product managers, engineers, and researchers to iterate rapidly and ship continuously.
  • Participate in user testing and apply insights to improve usability, engagement, and outcomes.
  • Champion design systems and accessibility standards.
  • Bring joy to every click, tap, and swipe — while aligning with behavior-change principles.

You Should Have:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles.
  • A strong foundation in
    Interaction Design
    — with a portfolio that showcases intuitive flows, thoughtful transitions, and clean, responsive UI.
  • Mastery of Figma (bonus: experience with animation tools like Principle, After Effects, or Framer).
  • A user-first mindset with sensitivity to both emotional and clinical needs.
  • Ability to turn fuzzy problems into elegant solutions with clarity and speed.
  • A desire to work in fast-moving startup environments and design for real impact.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in healthtech, behavior design, or AI-based products.
  • Familiarity with conversational UI, motion design, or microinteractions.
  • Understanding of human psychology, accessibility, or inclusive design principles.
