  • Installation & Commissioning

  • Install, configure, and commission instrumentation and automation systems for pharmaceutical/Nutra manufacturing equipment, clean utilities, and HVAC systems.

  • Collaborate with project teams during new equipment installation to ensure proper integration with control systems.

  • Calibration & Maintenance

  • Perform routine calibration of instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, weighing systems, and PLC-based systems.

  • Maintain calibration records as per cGMP and regulatory guidelines.

  • Troubleshooting & Repairs

  • Diagnose and resolve faults in instrumentation systems to minimize downtime.

  • Provide immediate corrective actions and preventive measures for recurring issues.

  • Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, ISO, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare and maintain SOPs, calibration logs, maintenance records, and validation reports.

  • Automation & Control Systems

  • Work on PLC, SCADA, DCS, and BMS systems for process automation and control.

  • Support process optimization through automation improvements.

  • Safety & Quality

  • Adhere to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) protocols in all maintenance activities.

  • Ensure instrumentation systems meet quality assurance requirements to avoid product contamination.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, DCS, and control system troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of calibration techniques and standards (USFDA, MHRA, WHO-GMP).
  • Familiarity with HVAC, clean room monitoring systems, and utilities instrumentation
