Role - This is a paid 3-month internship, with the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance.

Location- Noida, Sector 16

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Assist in interview coordination and employee onboarding
  • Maintain and update HR records and databases
  • Support the HR team in day-to-day activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
