Job Summary:
We are hiring a Female Customer Support Executive to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries efficiently, and a strong customer-first attitude. She will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service through phone, chat, or email channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls or chats.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, or service requests promptly.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain service quality.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM/database systems accurately.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets (AHT, resolution rate, CSAT, etc.).
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to call scripts as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth process flow.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service or BPO (freshers may apply).
- Good command of English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred:
- Female candidates only (based on client/team requirements)*
- Experience in voice or blended BPO processes (inbound/outbound).
- Knowledge of CRM software or call center tools is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
