We are looking for a Lead HR who can take complete ownership of the HR function for the entire group — driving strategy, structure, and culture with equal passion and precision.

Role Overview:

This is a strategic yet hands-on HR leadership role, responsible for managing the end-to-end HR function — including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning, compliance, and culture development. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strong pedigree, practical problem-solving, and the ability to operate seamlessly in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across all group entities.

  • Drive talent strategy — hiring, onboarding, and retention of top talent.

  • Design and implement HR policies, frameworks, and processes aligned with business goals.

  • Oversee performance management, capability development, and succession planning.

  • Build a strong employer brand and foster a high-performance, value-driven culture.

  • Manage compensation & benefits, HR analytics, and reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulatory requirements.

  • Partner closely with leadership to support business expansion and organizational growth.

  • Lead change management initiatives and strengthen people experience across the group.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in HR / MBA (from a reputed institute preferred).

  • 7–10 years of experience in managing full-spectrum HR functions, ideally in startup, D2C, or diversified business setups.

  • Proven ability to build HR processes from scratch and scale them.

  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving mindset, and data-driven approach.

  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Someone who is smart, agile, and comfortable handling both strategy and ground-level execution.
