Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources and Administration functions. The role involves assisting in recruitment, handling day-to-day HR operations, and performing administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to one year of experience who is eager to build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and follow-up with candidates.
  • Support onboarding activities such as documentation, induction, and orientation.

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases (attendance, leave, personal details, etc.).
  • Track probation periods, contract renewals, and employee confirmations.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.

Administration

  • Support office administration tasks like vendor coordination, stationery management, and office supplies.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Help maintain compliance-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or admin (internship/fresher experience acceptable).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in HR and Administration.
