  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage, and convert potential clients for Hajj, Umrah, and customized travel packages.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and client outreach programs.
  • Handle client inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information about travel packages, visa procedures, and company services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and maintain client databases, sales reports, and performance updates.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and events.

Requirement

  • 12th pass minimun, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in travel sales or a related customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English, Hindi, Urdu preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
  • Prior experience in Hajj & Umrah travel will be an added advantage.
