Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Gurugram. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, discussing product needs, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. The role requires regular travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and address their requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Technical knowledge in Life Sciences, particularly in the fields of Genomics, Cell Culture, and Molecular Diagnostics
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing client accounts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
