We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive with strong negotiation skills and hands-on experience in procurement processes. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Microsoft Excel and preferably familiar with Zoho tools. This role requires excellent communication, vendor management, and analytical skills to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities including vendor identification, quotations, negotiations, and purchase order creation.
  • Evaluate and compare quotations to determine the best deals and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure timely processing of POs and invoices.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and quality assurance.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any quality or delivery issues.
  • Prepare reports and analysis on procurement data using Excel.
  • Update and manage procurement workflows and records in Zoho (preferred).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation skills are a must.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Working knowledge of Zoho (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Presentable and professional demeanor.

Travelling is Mandatory

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in vendor development and contract management.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
