**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Planning & Strategy**:

- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project needs, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Develop procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of project supplies and services.
- Manage the procurement life cycle, from sourcing to contract negotiation and final delivery.
- **Supplier Management**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors based on project specifications and requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contract terms, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- **Contract Negotiation & Management**:

- Draft and review procurement contracts, ensuring they align with project goals, budgets, and legal requirements.
- Negotiate favorable terms and resolve any issues or disputes during contract execution.
- Maintain thorough records of all contracts and related documentation.
- **Cost Control & Budget Management**:

- Monitor procurement costs to ensure they stay within budget and manage cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare procurement reports and support the finance team with project cost forecasting and financial reconciliation.
- **Risk Management & Compliance**:

- Ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and organizational policies, including sustainability and ethical sourcing guidelines.
- Identify potential risks in procurement and implement strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Handle any procurement-related disputes or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Act as the main point of contact for all procurement-related issues during the project.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., project management, finance, legal) and external suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and project teams on procurement progress and challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 Years of experience in project procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract law, and supplier management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Professional certifications such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) or equivalent.
- Experience in procurement for [specific industry, e.g., construction, IT, engineering].
- Knowledge of sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position, with occasional travel required for supplier meetings and site visits.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
