**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Use the Government of India’s portals for project submissions, tracking, and documentation.
- Manage and monitor procurement processes on the GEM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external meetings.
- Handle communication between project stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and tender documents for government-related projects.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with the Government of India’s online portals (e.g., eOffice, PFMS, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of the GEM Portal and experience managing procurement on the platform.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
