Junior Project Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- ** Project Planing**: Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- ** Project Monitoring**: Track and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and objectives.
- ** Communication**: Communicate project updates and information to team members and stakeholders.
- ** Task Management**: Manage project tasks effectively to achieve project objectives on time.
- Manage Project resources Documents, Tools, Credentials effectively.
- Manage project-related queries and resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
- ** Project Review**: Review the Deliverables the effectively
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- ** Documentation**: Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- ** Supporting PM Department**: Provide administrative support to project managers and project management team as required.
- Contribute to the implementation of process improvements and best practices within the team.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
Key Qualification & Skills
- Proven experience as a **Project Coordinator or similar role** in software development or technology-related projects.
- Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration**.
- Knowledge of **SDLC** (Software Development Life Cycle) and software development processes.
- Excellent **communication** and **interpersonal skills**.
- Familiarity with **project management tools** and software such as, JIRA, Notion, and Trello.
- Must have good **communication** and **coordinations skills**:
- Attention to detail and the ability to **multitask** in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong **problem-solving skills**.
- Relevant profiles include **Business Analysts (BA), Quality Assurance Analysts (QA), and Project Coordinators (PC)
