**Job Summary**: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Project Coordinator** to join our team. This role will involve supporting the project management team by overseeing the day-to-day operations of various projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the quality standards. The Project Coordinator will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, clients, and team members, helping to keep projects on track and facilitating communication throughout the project lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning & Execution**:

- Assist project managers in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure project activities align with project goals and deadlines.
- Track and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and delays.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and status updates.
- Prepare and distribute regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, progress, and issues.
- Ensure all project-related documentation is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external vendors or contractors.
- Coordinate meetings, project kick-offs, and status updates, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and engaged.
- Foster effective communication among project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- **Task Management**:

- Monitor project timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Assist in the assignment and tracking of project tasks, ensuring team members are aware of deadlines and responsibilities.
- Track and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.
- **Risk & Issue Management**:

- Identify potential issues or roadblocks that could affect project timelines or outcomes.
- Work with project managers and team members to address challenges and ensure project goals are met.
- Provide proactive solutions to keep projects on track and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Vendor & Supplier Coordination**:

- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, or contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Assist in managing vendor contracts, schedules, and performance.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Assist with the review and approval process for project deliverables, ensuring that all required documentation is completed and accurate.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or related field.
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., construction, IT, healthcare].
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with occasional overtime required to meet project deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
