About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a central role in
shaping SCG's market presence in India
. This is not simply a sales position — it is about creating opportunities, forging partnerships, and expanding SCG's influence across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in
    construction, infrastructure, and industrial markets
    .
  • Build and manage strong partnerships with contractors, developers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Translate customer needs into tailored solutions from SCG's portfolio of innovative and sustainable products.
  • Conduct market research to assess trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead proposals, negotiations, and agreements that establish long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and regional offices to deliver integrated business solutions.
  • Represent SCG at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to strengthen brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 0–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales.
  • Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to thrive in a fast-growing market.
  • New graduates with ambition and strong learning agility are welcome to apply.
