As an Incident Manager, you will play a vital role in managing end-to-end incident resolution against SLAs and ensuring timely problem resolution with root cause analysis. Your responsibilities will include effective management of Major Incidents, providing 24/7 support for critical issues, and following alternative escalation procedures to ensure smooth operations.
