Since 2014 we have been helping students and parents navigate the higher education sector in India and abroad by providing authentic information on over 27,000 colleges, 7000+ courses, and 350+ exams.

Our goal is to help students make informed decisions by providing over 200,000 college reviews. Collegedunia has a daily average of 10 Lac sessions and aims to reach even more students in the future.1. Team ManagementSupervise and guide counsellors to ensure consistent and effective delivery of services.

Allocate cases and manage workload distribution. Provide support in challenging counselling situations.2. Quality AssuranceMonitor the quality of counselling sessions through regular reviews, audits, and feedback.

Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and organizational policies.3. Training and DevelopmentIdentify training needs of the counselling team. Organize and/or conduct skill enhancement workshops and training sessions.4.

Reporting and DocumentationMaintain accurate records of team performance, client progress, and case histories. Prepare periodic reports for management and stakeholders.5. Client Escalation HandlingManage escalated or high-risk cases and ensure appropriate intervention.

Coordinate with external agencies or senior management when needed.6. Coordination and CommunicationAct as a bridge between counsellors and management. Facilitate regular team meetings and one-on-ones to address concerns and share updates.7.

Program DevelopmentSupport in developing and updating counselling protocols and tools. Contribute to program planning and improvements based on feedback and data.
