Role Overview:

We are looking for an Ex-Banker with strong operational and financial skills to manage fund flows, reconciliations, and client coordination. The role involves handling day-to-day banking activities, maintaining financial records, and ensuring smooth communication with banks and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily banking operations, including deposits, payments, and fund tracking.

· Prepare and review bank reconciliation statements and resolve discrepancies.

· Assist in fund management, cash flow monitoring, and payment scheduling.

· Coordinate with banks and clients for documentation, renewals, and financial queries.

· Maintain records for loans, interest, and credit facilities.

· Support the accounts team in reconciliations, MIS, and financial reporting.

· Ensure compliance with KYC, banking, and internal control procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Banking.

· 3–6 years of experience in banking operations or financial coordination.

· Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and basic accounting tools.

· Strong knowledge of banking processes, documentation, and fund management.

· Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
